Archery with Peak Instruction

Archery is a very accessible sport & a great way to combine personal discipline with a sense of competition. The team here have had years of experience delivering archery sessions to a variety of groups. We have taken this experience developed something a little bit different. Using specialist kit and our woodland setting, we offer a pretty unique archery service.

Archery is a continually growing sport that is both inclusive and challenging. Archery sessions make a great activity on their own, or as part of a full activity day for you. Peak Instruction has a lovely range set up in our woodland site at Whaley Bridge. Being in the woods keeps you connected to the natural environment, which is something archery has its historical roots in. Being in the woods also gives us options for combining it with our other activities based there. Most ages can take part, & it is a sport that can be continued at home via clubs or your own garden. For details of local clubs, look at the Archery GB website here.

When purchasing our equipment, we have selected kit that allows us to adapt our sessions for different age ranges and strengths. We can also make specialist adaptations for individuals with physical disabilities. Secondly, we have a strong connection to the woods we use and a desire to deliver as real an experience as possible in all our activity sessions. We’ve invested in some equipment more commonly seen on pro archers and hunters so that you don’t feel like you are playing with toys.

Come and shoot compound bows, draw your arrow from a quiver & look the part with a real leather bracer on your arm. Speak to us about arranging archery sessions now.

Other Archery Options

Our range equipment can be packed up and transported to your site too, so we could be delivering sessions at your business or home too. If you’d like us to see if your location is appropriate, please get in touch.
We sometimes run public archery sessions in our woodland or around the Peak District. Check out the Public Activities page for details of upcoming dates.
